Postpartum Doula
As exciting as it is right after having a baby, it can also be very challenging.
A Postpartum Doula provides physical, practical, emotional, and informational support after the birth of your baby. Your doula will help with self-care recovery, postpartum comfort measures, infant care, parenting information, and provides assistance with learning to feed and take are of your baby. Practical support will include light housekeeping, preparing simple meals and snacks, getting frequent drinks, and answering the phone and door, if desired.
The things covered and tasks to be done at each visit will depend on the needs of each client before beginning services.
Postpartum Doula Contact Options:
Option A: 4 hour contract - $160*
Option B: 8 hour contract - $320*
